McNEELEY  READY   TO   RUMBLE"Hurricane" Peter McNeeley will be back in action early this summer, returning to the ring in June or July.   He is tentatively scheduled to headline a Saturday night card at the National Guard armory in Leominster, MA, on June 17th against undefeated Joe Siciliano.   This would be Peter's first local fight in nearly three years. Manager Vinnie Vecchione is also in negotiations for the Bay State brawler to take on former undisputed heavyweight champion Larry Holmes in Detroit in mid-July.   If a deal is reached with Holmes, the Massachusetts bout will probably be postponed until later this year. Details and ticket information will be posted here as soon as plans are finalized. In his last fight, Peter scored a first round K.O. over Geoff Jones on November 18th at the Gold Strike casino in Tunica, Mississippi.   Jones tasted the canvas three times in the brief bout.   Twenty-four of Pete's thirty-five knockouts have come in the opening round.
